PC Repair Charges for most of our on site jobs are just £40.00 per hour for the first hour for home visits, and we usually find that many viruses, spyware, speed, not booting issues can be resolved in this time, extra time is charged at £20.00 per 30 minutes,
You will receive a first class service, pc repairs to your door, you will receive an explanation of what the problem was and also how to avoid such problems in the future. Most important of all - we won't charge you until you are satisfied that your pc is working!
If your pc or laptop need to go into the workshop for repair, we will advise you of the cost prior to commencing any work, If you choose not to go ahead with repairs, you just pay a diagnostic fee of £40.
Value for money is what we like to be recognised for, we have a huge amount of knowledge and experience and invest a great deal of time and money in ensuring your computer problems are resolved in the minimum amount of time - therefore making your invoice affordable and keeping you as a valued customer.
Don't forget the need for a yearly or six monthly health check for your pc (depending on use)
Data Recovery Charges.We charge home users just £40 to examine your hard drive and tell you what data is recoverable.
Business computer repairs and services
Our hourly rate for business customers is from just £45 per hour.
This includes single pc users and small companies running a "workgroup network type setup"
Companies running Windows Server can expect to pay just £60 per hour.
All pricing for business customers is tailored to suit your needs so please call for an estimate of hourly charge as this is dependant upon the complexity of your system as well as the time of day (if out of office hours)
